The NFHS Foundation offers grant opportunities to member State Association offices who sponsor Student Leadership Conferences for high school students within their states. To date, the NFHS Foundation has awarded over $409,000 in grants to support leadership opportunities for high school students.
Grant amounts are: $2,000 for the first request and $1,000 for the second request for a maximum of $3,000 total.
In order to request a grant, State Association offices need to submit the following information to Davis Whitfield at dwhitfield@nfhs.org:
- Submit a request for the grant in writing
- Include the date of the conference and location
- Include a copy of the agenda and/or program from the conference
All approved grant requests will be processed after the Student Leadership Conference has concluded.
